Woohoo!! Instead of going up my weight is slowly going down again! I'm sure it was all that hard work I did this weekend so maybe it was the jump start I needed.
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Bike Ride to run errands
Unpacking and moving boxes around as we're getting new windows installed in the dining room and bedrooms
Lunch:
Leftover stir fry from last nights Supper 3 wraps. not the smartest choice but I could eat while unpacking
Supper:
Maybe some rice and more stir fried veggies as I'm feeling unimaginative at 6:20 am leftover stirfry
Snack: A few Peek Freens "Healthy" Lime Coconut cookies
Lots and Lots of water too as its going to be a super warm day
