I like salad but I cannot bring myself to eat them everyday and I don't find them very filling either. Normally I just bring supper leftovers but I'd really love some other ideas too.
So if anyone is reading this blog I'd love some healthy lunch ideas that go beyond salad or leftovers

I find salad boring too especially if it's the same mix over and over again. Sometimes I'll add nuts and dried fruit, feta/goat cheese and then rotate the dressings. It helps a bit. Lately, I'm loving balsamic vinegar + maple syrup on them.
