A "YEA ME!" Day

After about a week of not feeling so well do to the changes in the pressure, bad weather bad, I finally had a great GREAT day today:)

I biked for an hour this morning and then later this afternoon I walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill in our fitness room. At a 2% incline and 4-4.5mph I was walking no where fast:)  I burned around 1000 calories today and even with a larger than usual dinner plus a unhealthy snack I have planned later I'm doing great still!!

Tomorrow I'll work out again when I wake up and I'll try and stay within my normal calorie limit to maximize my workout.


45-60 minutes on the treadmill

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Silver Hills Squirrely bread, toasted, with Almond Butter and a sliced banana

Supper:  Chicken with veggies in a pita with Tzatziki Sauce Yummy!!!

Dessert: Small bowl of ice cream

Upcoming Week Agenda is to eat more fruit and vegetables
