I'm truly sorry that I've been AFK again. I've had quite a few medical issues in the last few months and have been trying to sort them out.
While that has been going on I've become re-commited to a fitness routine and have re-vamped my way of eating again also.
In the last 15 days I've faithfully logged my meals at My Fitness Pal and have been working out at least 4 times a week.
I'm back to eating most of my meals vegetarian though I haven't given up totally on some meat and seafood/fish. I'm also still eating eggs and dairy. Overall though I'm feeling better and have more optimism that my life will get better in the next 12 months.
My personal goal is to start blogging again, at least twice a week to keep up with my accountability.
P.S. If anyone that still reads my blog is on MFP I'd love to have more friends:)
