Blah

I guess at least I should be happy I'm tracking my daily calories now but still Blah!
1st column is my calories followed by carbs, fat, protein and sodium (which I really have to watch)

Good job tracking, it really helps you to be aware of what you're eating.

High levels of sodium can be a pain because it causes you to retain fluid. I've always heard that anywhere from 1500-2300mg is the target.
